Cranberry sauce and gelled cranberry are both Thanksgiving staples. This is a quick and easy approach to cranberry sauce that’s also refined sugar free.
Hard truth: I created this recipe to serve the people in this world who want cranberry sauce on their Thanksgiving table because it’s “the right thing to do” but perhaps they’re not all that in love with cranberry sauce. WE are one of those households.
On the flip side though, The Kids and The Papa really enjoyed this sauce, ESPECIALLY on French Toast.
