Today we’re going to be making a super flavourful peach BBQ sauce recipe. I figure now is the perfect time with all of the gorgeous peaches available at farmer’s markets. I’m also excited to report that this is a vinegar free BBQ sauce recipe, something that isn’t very common.
Once you’ve made your sauce, you can use it like a standard BBQ sauce, or use it in other recipes. I used leftover sauce in a sheet pan meal, and also in this pressure cooker stew recipe. Both were a hit.
Whilst this recipe is marked as Dutch Oven cooking, you can use a large pot as well.
