With all the muffin recipes the kids have had to test lately I’d think they’d be all muffined out by now but no… they keep powering through. Now I have to tell you, when I told them today’s gluten free muffin flavour, they gave me a bit of a look, but then upon first bite, they gave me THAT look. You know, the one that says “oh my goodness this is so delicious, what have you made for us???” So on that note, let’s get to baking!
