Here’s another easy dinner recipe that’s great for batch cooking and freezing. The kids really enjoy this with a side of steamed veggies. To save time, I steam the veg in a steamer basket insert that came with the rice cooker.
Prep Tip: If you’re like me and you purchase your meat in bulk at Costco, take a day to prep all of your meat. Store it in baggies in the portion size you would normally use, and freeze it if you don’t plan to use it right away. With that method, during a busy week, I can pull out pre-cut chicken to cook with in the evening.
