Before we bake, I have to share the funniest story with you. When I first made this recipe, I had grand ideas of what I’d do with the baked cake. I get everything mixed, batter is on the tray, and then I realize: I forgot the sugar! I could only stop and laugh at myself.

I did try to mix it in after thinking I could save it, but alas, I had to start all over. That’s OK though because the second version of the recipe was even better if you ask me, not that I can eat it.
