I walked into the kitchen expecting to make one thing and walked out with this new and amazing recipe. Kid Four, who we all know detests rice, LOVES this dish. She was adamant that she get to have most of the leftovers. I mean… this kid, in for rice? I didn’t see that one coming.
All of the kids insist that this recipe captures the essence of chicken noodle soup and delivers it in a creamy dairy free rice dish. Interestingly though, it’s an allium free recipe, which was the brief I gave myself. I hope you enjoy this one as much as Kid Four does.
