Today we’re looking at four major allergens where baking is concerned: dairy, peanuts, tree nuts (including coconut), and soy. Trust me when I say this, today’s lesson may be the easiest of them all 🙂
Dairy free baking, peanut free baking, tree nut free baking, and soy free baking are all VERY manageable. The key is to have the right ingredients. You won’t need to change the recipes much, if at all.
