Today I’m sharing two versions of this tasty pork dinner recipe. This version contains alliums, and the sister recipe is allium free. If you’re unable to eat pork, that’s OK. You can use a ground meat of your choosing. Both beef and turkey would be excellent choices. Both versions can be served over any grain/pseudograin of choice.
