Today we’ll be showing you how to make a delicious top 8 allergy free salad that comes together somewhat quickly. Given the current state of the world, we feel these are ingredients that you should be able to get your hands on rather easily.
This gluten & dairy free salad was gobbled up by the kids SO fast that I wished I had made them more. When the kids were younger, it was hard to get them to eat salads. Once I shifted my technique and basically served delicious “meals” on top of lettuce and greens, they were huge fans.
If you’re not a salad fan, you could easily serve the topping over zoodles, cauliflower rice, rice, or even eat it standalone.
