My kids are pretty picky when it comes to eating fish, so anytime I can create something that’s nutrient dense AND kid friendly, I’m walking on sunshine. To make my sunshine even brighter, this easy sheet pan salmon dinner is just that: Easy!! When you’re making dinner for a busy family, there are some evenings where you need to have dinner in the oven in less than 15 minutes, and this sheet pan recipe does just that.
Also, The Papa wants you all to know that the touch of vinegar in this recipe is nice. Also, Kid Four LOVED this dinner.
