Easy Dairy Free Parmesan Cashew Sauce (Vegan, Allergy Friendly)

Dairy Free Cashew Parmesan Cheese Sauce by The Allergy Chef

For those who are dairy free and CAN also have cashew, this Parmesan sauce recipe is a real winner. In fact, Kid Two had quite a bit and said he felt “privileged to have so much”.

If you haven’t made the gluten free fried eggplant recipe yet, the kids want you to know that you should. This sauce pairs beautifully with the eggplant, as well as fried mushrooms. You can also use this dairy free sauce for dipping a simple mozzarella stick or even for pizza dough balls.

This is a very versatile sauce that pairs well with a range of savory foods. You can also use this dairy free sauce on pasta and with steamed veggies.

Essentially, anywhere a creamy element, savory element, Parmesan element, or rich and flavourful sauce would work nicely, this sauce can be there for you. Oh! Great with chicken nuggets too. Happy Dipping!!!
