Today’s dairy free Greek chicken salad recipe draws from the classic flavours of Greek cuisine, however, this recipe is adaptable in that you can omit toppings such as cucumber and tomato if you can’t have them. Whilst the flavour profile will change, you’ll still end up with a scrumptious and refreshing salad that’s great for lunch or dinner.
Allergy Status (Does NOT Include Optional Salad Toppings)
**This status includes the almond found in the DF Greek yogurt, but NOT the additional ingredients in the yogurt, as there are different brand options. The Kite Hill yogurt that I used contains tapioca and a bean derived gum.
