As you all get ready to go back to school (in a varied way than normal I’m sure), I want to share a recipe that’s comforting, delicious, and easy to make. This gluten free, dairy free creamy tuna pasta is something you can whip up in the evening, then use for lunch the next day. If you don’t need leftovers, be sure to cut this recipe in half.
