Today we’ll be showing you how to make a delicious top 8 allergy free salad that comes together somewhat quickly. Given the current state of the world, I feel these are ingredients that you should be able to get your hands on rather easily.
This gluten & dairy free salad was gobbled up by the kids SO fast that I wished I had made them more. When the kids were younger, it was hard to get them to eat salads. Once I shifted my technique and basically served delicious “meals” on top of lettuce and greens, they were huge fans.
If you’re not a salad fan, you could easily serve the topping over zoodles, cauliflower rice, rice, or even eat it standalone.
