Hi! I’m Megan, a mom to four kids, two with multiple food allergies & one with EOE. I’m a published cookbook author that constantly tweaks recipes to make them allergy friendly–it’s an addiction. I share every recipe & tips with you, to help you eat like you did before food allergies & dietary restrictions. You can still be awesome, even with food allergies!
Amanda – Everyday Allergen Free
Amanda is the author and photographer of two inclusive, allergy-aware cookbooks. The latest, Everyone’s Welcome, released in May 2019. She lives with multiple anaphylactic allergies and writes about her life, and shares her favorite recipes, on her blog, Everyday Allergen-Free. She has been featured on CBC Radio, Global National’s The Morning Show, Huffington Post, The Globe & Mail, and more. She lives in Toronto.
Jennifer – Living Freely Gluten Free
Living Freely Gluten Free is a lifestyle page full of tips and recipes on managing a family of multiple food allergies/intolerance’s. Over the years Jennifer has created 2 cookbooks that are gluten and dairy free family friendly recipes. Audrey – Mama Knows Gluten Free
Audrey Roberts is the founder of the gluten-free recipe website Mama Knows Gluten Free and the author of The Everything Gluten-Free & Dairy-Free Cookbook. Her website specializes in affordable family-friendly, gluten-free, and dairy-free recipes made with simple ingredients.
Coral – Serving Celiacs
After 4 years of trial and error, bad recipes, tears of frustration and uncertainty… I now am an expert at running a gluten free household.
As a wife, a mother of 4 and celiac advocate, I am on a mission to provide resources and tools for others trying to find their gluten free groove.
Kathlena – The Allergy Chef
Kathlena, The Allergy Chef, has over 200 food allergies and intolerances. Several of her allergies are life threatening, and she can’t drink most water. She has a handful of safe foods to eat, and one source of safe water. Additionally, most of the members of her household suffers from food allergies. Although she can’t eat the food, she has made it her mission to help people find safe foods to eat. She and her team have published several cookbooks, do community outreach, started a bakery, and much more.
