Confession: I don’t have a working memory for banana bread. I have a wild idea in my head of what it should be… turns out my idea was way off base when I talked with people who can eat traditional banana bread. Sometimes, that’s half the fun of being me. I get to experience food through the detailed descriptions of others.
Banana bread is a staple in so many homes, and I thought it was important to make sure that the allergy community had an amazing recipe to rely on. However, I took it a step further to include those who need to steer clear of cane sugar.
Words cannot express the joy that I have in knowing that people who can eat major allergens LOVE this recipe. Go forth and create, and enjoy to your heart’s (and stomach’s) content.
