Allergy Seminar: Cheese, A Side-By-Side Comparison

This is going to be a VERY special Allergy Seminar! In fact, Kid Four is the one who wanted to put this together for all of you. During this seminar, those who CAN have dairy will be sampling a wide variety of dairy and dairy free cheese. They’ll be giving you in-depth descriptions, as well as side-by-side comparisons.

I hope many of you are able to attend so you can ask specific questions as well. The goal of this Allergy Seminar is to provide insight on what dairy cheeses taste like so you know how to replace them. It can also help you know what dairy free options taste like, and if they’re worth trying first hand.
