No matter what got you into the boat of food fear, you’ll need to mindfully work your way out of it. The guide I’m sharing today has 16 different activities for you to try. These are all fun and non-threatening ways to introduce new foods and overcome food fear. For those with an extreme aversion to being near a new food, this activity guide also includes food-free activities for you to start with.

Remember, issue such as food fear, food hate, and food anxiety should not be ignored or taken lightly. If you find that activities such as these aren’t helping much, reach out to a therapist or other food professional for additional help. With time, practice, and exposure, this is something that a lot of people are able to conquer.
