FavoriteWith everyone looking to their pantries for safe ingredients, I wanted to share an easy meal you can make at home. I was able to purchase bell peppers in bulk along with canned tuna. For those of you who can have tuna, this is a wonderful way to prepare it. As many of you know, I looovveeee cooking without measuring. Here are the approximate ingredients I used during this live pantry cooking. Approximate Ingredients 6 TBSP Dairy Free Butter 3 large Organic Bell Pepper, diced 2 small to medium Organic Yellow Onions, diced 2 tsp Sea Salt 4 cans Tuna 6 – 8 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar 2 – 3 tsp Sea Salt to Taste 20 ounces Milk of Choice Organic Black Pepper to Taste 2 tsp Organic Italian Seasonings Liquid Smoke to Taste (not too much) Cooked & Drained Pasta Video player not working?
