As most of you know, my diet is very limited, and has changed quite a bit over the past few years. Today I’m going to be sharing the items I can have with little to no issue, and how to make it work. It’s easy to think sometimes that having 15 foods on your NO list means most food is off the table.

However, when you live the reverse and still have cookies and ice cream, there’s proof that anything is possible. This consultation will focus more on the mechanisms rather than the ingredients themselves.
