The Papa and I were talking the other day about how I’ve “accidentally” become known for creating top 8 allergy free food. Can I just tell you, it was sort of an accident. I set out to make delicious food that people could enjoy together, and as many people as possible in one go (looking at you busy mixed allergy households). It just so happens that if a recipe is top 8 allergy free, then a lot more people can eat it together. Oops?
Either way. this taco pasta recipe has GOT to make it to your regular rotation. My teenagers say this is one of the best gluten free, top 8 allergy free pastas I’ve ever made. Coming from Kid Two, I’d be like, you say that all the time, but Kid Three said it first 🙂
