OK guys, I’m going to level with you: I wasn’t aiming for tater tot. I missed the mark on my original creation and my loss is your GAIN. Rather than see my loss I decided to pivot and the end result was AMAZING. What I’m so excited about it that you can take the principles of this recipe and create custom tater tot flavours in the future.
