Sausages in muffins just seems like such a good idea to me. It’s like, a complete little package of joy that you can unwrap and eat at home or on the go. In addition to being delicious, sausage muffins are easy to make.
You know what else you can do with sausage muffins? Bake them as a loaf or sheet pan “cake”. Ohu!! And then you can top it with a weird mashed potato frosting 🙂
