Do you ever wonder if there’s ever a bad time to have cake? Honestly, when is it not OK? I feel this way about cake, cookies, and ice cream. I mean, there are times when soup is a bad idea, like when you’re lounging by the pool. But cake next to the pool? Totally a good idea. Honestly, you can take this gluten free chocolate cake with you anywhere and it would be a fantastic idea. Even the Queen of France said Let Them Eat Cake 🙂

Where’s the corn? In the bananas. Banana, avocado, and pineapples are usually sprayed with corn-derived ripening gasses. For this reason, I don’t consider recipes with banana to be corn free. While there are a few farms out there that offer spray-free bananas, they are very few and very far between.
