Food journaling: What is it? Well here’s what I can tell you about it: all the cool kids are doing it 🙂 Food journaling, in my humble opinion, is the most important tool you have access to when living with food allergies and food intolerances. If you’ve eliminated foods by choice, a journal may be helpful, but it’s not required. A food journal is an ongoing document that you keep. You detail what you eat, any and all symptoms (even things that may sound strange), sleep & restroom habits, and environmental triggers (if you suspect MCS or Mast Cell). Worth it’s weight in gold!
