This recipe has a special place in my heart. I wanted to create something for Indian families (and whose who love curry) who want to share these flavours with their children who may be allergic to common ingredients found in Indian cuisine (such as legumes).
When the Taste Testers first tried it, there was a bit of confusion. Then, I told them what I was trying to do. They all got it, and agreed that not only is it delicious, but it meets the brief and can help bring families together.
Do I NEED a Dutch Oven?
To make this recipe, as photoed, with the same level of creaminess etc., you’ll need a Dutch Oven or a large oven safe pot. This recipe could be made on the stove top, but the results may vary.
