It’s rare that I share something like this, however, for those who are dairy free AND can have cashews, making cashew cream type sauces is an absolute must. These types of sauces can be made both sweet and savory, and have a very wide range of uses.
You can make a batch of this and use it liberally throughout the week. If you’re one person, or won’t use it often, be sure to make a half batch.
