Let’s make an elegant and refreshing set gel! I think of all the gels I’ve made, this may be my fave so far. There’s just something magical about rose in desserts if you ask me, not that I can eat it. In my head though, it’s beyond amazing. This gel was made for this particular tart assembly.

Whilst the flavour pairings of this gel are limited, when you do use it, it will be chef’s kiss.
