It’s time to break out your blackberries! Today I’ll be sharing lots of components so we can make this gorgeous tart. One of the layers we’ll be using today is a blackberry pastry cream. It’s luscious, full of flavour, and has the right amount of blackberry zing. The yuzu (Japanese citrus) also provides a lovely back note on the palate.
You can use this in a range of pastry creations. As long as your pastry will pair well with blackberry, this can be a good component to include.
