Crispy Pork Fried Rice Recipe (Gluten Free, Egg Free, Allergy Friendly)

Crispy Pork Fried Rice by The Allergy Chef

I’m sure you’ve noticed the uptick in pork recipes around here lately. I promise, we’ll move on to other proteins soon. The kids are simple in LOVE with pork, so it gives me the freedom to create something new each time, and I have the upper advantage because pork, hehe. In the case of today’s Crispy Pork Fried Rice Recipe, chicken breast as well as duck breast would also work very well (we’ve this fried rice recipe all three ways).

As a rule of thumb for those of you living with multiple food allergies, always feel free to sub in your favorite protein (or try something new). Generally, beef/lamb/bison all sub well together, chicken/pork sub well together, and turkey and duck fall somewhere in between. If you’re looking to explore more plant based options, and you’re soy free, start with mushrooms. This Mushroom Parmesan Pasta recipe is a great example of how you can enjoy a soy free vegan meal that has a bit of a meaty bite too. On to the recipe!
