Cruciferous vegetables include the Brassica family, as well as vegetables outside of that family. People who follow a low sulfur diet eliminate these foods. Our Cruciferous Free section eliminates ALL of these vegetables including (but not limited to): Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Bok Choy, Turnip, Kale, Mustard, Arugula, Radish, Kohlrabi, and Brussels Sprouts. We have eliminated 40 ingredients that are Cruciferous vegetables.
