For a short time, the bakery offered super soft and fluffy raspberry lemon cookies. They were a HUGE HIT. We didn’t make them often though because of the ingredients needed. I’m hoping that you guys will take this recipe and run with it. Like all of the other bakery recipes, these freeze well, so you can batch bake and get ahead.
