A few weeks ago I shared this Mashed Potato Tot recipe, and today I’m back at it again. This time, I’m going to be making a grain free version that really focuses on those of you with less-common restrictions. This particular recipe was also made with those with a severe corn allergy (along with other restrictions) in mind.
