Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds cannot be issued for monthly membership fees. You may cancel your membership at anytime by logging into your PayPal account and ending the recurring payments. Additionally, you can get in touch with us if you’re having difficulty finding the links in your PayPal account.

Services to be provided
We will provide you with all of the services listed, based on the membership you sign up for.
We may terminate your account: (1) you violate the terms of service; (2) use the information on the site for anything other than personal use (3) you breach any term of this agreement
We make no warranties to you of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to the service raise.theallergychef.com (Free & Friendly Foods, LLC). We shall not be liable for any damages suffered by you, whether indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions, regardless of cause or fault. We are not responsible for your lost data, should there be any.
Should the service go down due to the direct fault of us, we will issue extended time on your membership, or other form of repayment.
This agreement, and your subscription, is personal to you. You may not assign your rights under this agreement without our prior written consent. You may not share your login information with others, outside of the members of your household.
Change of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. Use of our services by you after said changes constitutes acceptance of those new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may terminate this agreement at any time, and cancel your membership.
While we reserve the right to raise the cost of our membership, the price you join at is the price you pay forever. Should you cancel your membership and rejoin at a later date, your membership fee will be the current rate.
All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given on the date of delivery; if delivered personally to the party to whom notice is to be given; if sent by electronic mail with a cc to sender; if sent by fax; or on the third day after mailing by first class mail.
We will not sell or rent in any way your personal information, including name, email, phone number, and any other information you may submit to us through the use of this site. Your information will be kept confidential, unless law enforcement compels us to share.
We take privacy very seriously, and respect it. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. This site collects information from our users at several points on the website, including when you sign up, forms you may fill out, and web usage (Google Analytics).
