It’s time to assemble a cake that I honestly think is Star worthy. You guys… I’m told that it’s “out there” in a good way, which is exactly what I was going for. I wanted to create something special that you don’t see everyday. Additionally, I wanted to create something that was more savory leaning, and not as sweet as a typical dessert. I can’t wait for you to give this a go!
Here’s what you’re going to need for today’s cake:
- Juniper Berry Cake
- Smoky Apple & Sage Compote
- Semi-Set Maple White Chocolate
- Tempered Chocolate (for decor, optional)
- Fresh or Dried Sage for Garnish (optional)
