I’m sharing a cake I was able to sample!!!! You guys!!!! I’m so excited to share this cake recipe with you as part of a larger tart assembly. It’s pretty easy to make and has a distinct flavour. What I really like about this recipe is how accessible it is to a range of dietary restrictions. It also shows off that free-from pastry doesn’t lack flavour or texture, and doesn’t need to be packed full of weird ingredients.
Remember, tiger nuts are NOT tree nuts, unlike what their name suggests. Also, this cake recipe is top 14 allergy free as well!!
