With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I thought it would be fun to share a pink-leaning pancake recipe. Today I’ll be using raspberry as the pink/red colour. It’s paired with yuzu, one of my fave less-common ingredients to work with.
Yuzu is in the citrus family, and is traditionally grown in Japan. It has orange, lemon, tangerine, and floral notes (based on what I can smell and others have told me). You can find it in a lot of high end pastry, but also in these delicious gluten free pancakes. Let’s get to work 🙂
