As many of you know, I often use the Follow Your Heart Dairy Free Parmesan Cheese Shreds because they’re made on dairy free equipment. Now, if you can do shared equipment with dairy, there are a LOT of options for you. The same is true for those who can have cashew and almond. Enough about cheese. Let’s get cooking.
So a little funny note about this being a pasta salad. I opted to have a bed of romaine topped with gluten free pasta, and the chicken parm on top. It’s not conventional by any means, yet, it’s delicious. When you serve your meal, you can use the lettuce, pasta, or both.
