Time for another pizza bread! I seriously have fallen in love with making these. Without the cheese, I find myself even more creative. Part of what makes a pizza bread delicious (in my opinion) are the toppings that are bursting with flavour. By creating flavour profiles that dazzle the tongue, it’s easy to forget that the cheese is missing.
Why no cheese you ask? Well, commercially available dairy free cheese will always contain one allergen or another. Whilst I do have dairy-free-cheese-containing pizza recipes here on RAISE, I also have cheese free pizza breads to make sure everyone has a delicious option available to them.
The most common allergens found in dairy free cheese are: almond, cashew, coconut, corn, potato, and corn.
