I sure hope summer has been good to you! Today I want to share a tasty granola bar recipe with you that you can add to your rotation when school starts back up sooner than later.
If you’ll notice, these gluten free, vegan granola bars look super legit and that’s because I used the beloved Granola Bar Pan. Whilst you don’t have to use one, I think it makes free-from bars feel super authentic, which can be great for kids who are in school. They’ll often see what the other kids have and want something similar.
One of my fave parts about this big batch of granola bars: the recipe contains about 260 grams of protein and 225 grams of fiber. Sure, we’ll be spreading that out over quite a few bars, but those are some lovely numbers if you ask me.
