All classes with The Allergy Chef are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, egg, soy, peanut, tree nut (including coconut), fish, shellfish, and sesame. Other allergens may be excluded depending on the class.
Our baking classes are all vegan as well. Cooking classes may have a vegan option depending on the topic.
Our baking class includes your shopping list and recipes. We’ll bake together, make frosting(s), go over theory, teach the how & why, then decorate cake.
Cooking classes will include your shopping list and recipes. We cover ingredients, flavour building, techniques, and swaps/substitutions you can make.
The ages that we’ve suggested in the form are based on duration and content. However, you know your child best. If you think they can handle a more advanced class, check the box.
All classes are recorded and you’ll receive a download link for the file. This also allows you to go at your own pace if a live class doesn’t meet your needs, or you have a younger child.
If you have more than one child participating, you’ll need to make sure there’s enough supplies for each child. In some cases, depending on the child, parental assistance may be required. In the 5/6 classes, parents should be present at all times.
