When the kids were young, I realllllyyyyy wanted to introduce them to curry (and other Indian spices). I had heard a lot about chicken curry, and decided that would be my starting point. I decided to take the sweet path (surprise, surprise), and the kids ended up loving it. While a more traditional curry chicken recipe calls for different spices, they may not be as kid friendly if your kids haven’t tried it before. This is a great recipe for those who may be new to chicken curry, or if you have kids that may be hesitant to give it a go. Either way, this chicken curry recipe is super tasty, AND it freezes very well. It’s not uncommon for me to make a double or triple batch and freeze the leftovers.
