Gluten Free, Vegan, Top 9 Allergy Free Chocolate Spicy Cake by The Allergy Chef

Have you ever seen the show Beat Bobby Flay? That’s what started me down the rabbit hole of spicy desserts. I’m determined to get on the show, and I know I can beat Bobby with a free-from bake. This was one of my many ideas for the signature dish round.

Some of the taste testers thought I had lost my mind a little bit, but everyone agreed that the final tart composition is FANTASTIC. They’ve also decided that the rose tart will beat Bobby. This one, they say I have a chance, but rose would secure a win. Either way, someone should let Bobby know that I’m coming for him 🙂
