Ingredients

Flax Gel/Egg

  • 3 TBSP Golden Flax Meal (Gerbs for Proper Results)
  • 6 TBSP Water Flax Gel/Egg

Part 1

  • 200 g Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 110 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 45 g Arrowroot
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Ground Nutmeg

Part 2

  • 120 mL Tiger Nut Milk OR Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Part 3

  • 110 mL Tiger Nut Oil (NOT Olive) (4 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 85 mL Hot Water (3 ounces)
