Basic Gluten Free Waffle Recipe (Vegan, Top 9 Allergy Free)
These gluten free waffles are perfect for lunches and snacking. Freezer friendly too!

Part 1
- 135 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
- 65 g Millet Flour, superfine
- 30 g Arrowroot
- 30 g Organic Cane Sugar OR Granulated Sweetener of Choice
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Part 2 (Milk Mix)
- 335 mL Milk of Choice (12 ounces)
- 2 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Part 3
- 3 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
Combine the flax and water together in a bowl and set aside.
Combine your milk of choice and vinegar together and set aside.
Add all of the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine well.
Add the milk/vinegar mix to your dry ingredients and mix.
Add the oil and vanilla, and continue to mix.
Scoop your flax gel into the mix and combine all of the ingredients together well.
Cook your batter in a waffle maker according to your personal preference. I suggest a Baby Cakes Waffle Maker for waffle sandwiches.
