Ingredients

  • 45 g Potato Starch
  • 40 g Sorghum Flour, superfine
  • 40 g Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 30 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 4 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Nutmeg
  • Pinch Organic Ground Cloves

Optional

  • 1/4 tsp Guar Gum (legume derived)

Part 2 (Milk Mix)

  • 112 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Part 3

  • 112 mL Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 195 g Organic Shredded Carrots (7 ounces)

Part 4

  • 56 mL Hot Water (2 ounces)
