- 8 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 112 g Organic Purple/Red Onion (4 ounces), sliced
- 170 g Organic Watermelon Radish (6 ounces), cut into small strips
- 500 g Organic Purple Cabbage (18 ounces), roughly cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Part 2
- 670 g Organic Boneless Chicken Breast (24 ounces)
- 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 TBSP Mirin rice cooking wine, I use the Eden brand
- 1 TBSP Organic Garlic finely chopped/minced
