- 6 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
- 900 g Ground Pork (32 ounces)
- 56 g Greens of Choice (2 ounces) I used Spinach & Arugula Leaves
- 225 g Gouda Cheese of Choice (8 ounces), shredded
- 56 - 140 g Organic Caramelized Onions (2 - 5 ounces) the range is to taste
- 3 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
- 1.5 tsp Organic Ground Ancho Chili
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
