Ingredients

Part 1

  • 900 g Organic Hircot Verts (32 ounces) frozen

Part 2

  • 900 g Organic Ground Turkey (32 ounces)
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Organic Onion Granules
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Garlic Granules

Optional

  • Oil of Choice For Cooking

Part 3

  • 7 Cups Organic Short Grain Brown Rice cooked (measured cooked)
  • 110 mL Gluten Free Soy Sauce of Choice (4 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Organic Onion Granules
  • 1 tsp Bragg Organic Herbs & Spices OR Your Favorite Savory All Purpose Spice Blend

Optional

  • 6 - 8 TBSP Caramelized Onions. Exchange the onion granules for these.
