Tuna & Black Beans (Gluten Free, Allergy Friendly)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 420 g Organic Black Beans (15 ounces/1 standard can)

Part 2

  • 1 bunch Organic Green Onions chopped

Part 3

  • 280 g Albacore Tuna, no salt added (10 ounces/2 cans) we used Wild Planet
  • 1/3 cup Organic Date Sugar
  • 60 g Chopped Black Olives (2 ounces) ours are canned
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Part 4

  • 9 TBSP Allergy Friendly Mayo of Choice
